Quaife LSD and TOYO R1R's is what I use - alongside VF engine and transmission mounts, REVO stage 2 DSG remap, Bilstein B16 PSS10 coilovers, Whiteline anti-lift Kit, Autotach lightweight anti-roll bars and around 80kg in weightsaving. :rolleye:

we were trying for some in gear times in my mates WR1 scooby earlier, but session as ruined cos we got an EML pop up on the dash lol, cheap jap crap lol.  will do it again tomorrow, he reckons 0-60 0f 4.5 is achieveable, so we'll have a see.  he wants to see how his in gear times compare to you guys on here.

There is some big style turbo lag on it in comparison to the k04 cars.  He couldnt believe how smooth and lag free mine is compared to his, although mine is hugely slower   Feels like driving a Big turbo converted car, loads of lag with no response in the higher gears at low speed, then it comes on boost and trys to go sideways around everything, i almost lost it mid round about when it came on boost :surprised:

Id say his felt faster than the k04 cars ive driven yet is running less than them as well.  guess its all about the grip and powering out early etc.

hes managed 13.1 at santa pod as his best when it was just remapped,
this is his with just a remap, but now he has the full decat exhaust, paddle clutch, with a load more things on the way.

I showed him the leader board on here, think he was pretty suprised at the times your all running lol, so he wont be racing against you guys until he has fitted everything else lol.  he doesnt like losing.

anyone else have some in gear times for comparison for stage 2+ K04's, hurdys arn't much use really as his is nearly 50Hp more powerful so not really comparable

What was his terminal speed on his 13.1 mate, do you know? That'll be a lot better indication of how quick the car is once moving and how it would compare against a modded K04. I would imagine it would struggle a fair bit against a Stage 2+ K04 (especially with DSG) as I managed a 13.1 in mine with just Stage 2 and no pump/intake etc and I would of thought his terminal speeds would be lower than mine being that it's 4wd and would get a big lead off that start.
I would imagine the Scoob would need to be in the region of 380-90bhp to compete with a sorted K04 once moving. As they are over 100kgs heavier and have big transmission losses. 0-60 FTW to the Scoob though..
