im just going to ring up 02 and ask for a micro sim to carry on with my existing rolling iphone contract which is £20pcm

This is what I'm doing. It actually states on the tariffs page that you can buy a PAYG and use your Simplicity tariff.

The whole store is down, I have just tried to spec a MBP and it takes me to the same "Page Not Found!".

just got off the phone to 02 and they are sending me a new micro sim so i can carry on with my £20pcm  

no more contracts

so what you all doing ? buying the phones from apple or 02 and just sticking the new sim in or are you going contracts as i cant see any prices yet or am i looking in the wrong place

For online i did it by already having it in basket, i then logged into my account and from a different screen, went to basket and it went straight through

It's just preorders for PAYG handsets. People will be getting new micro sims for existing contracts and sticking it in the new phone. That's what I'm doing anyway - I'm on a Simplicity tariff.

nice indian chap on 02! he also mentioned i could go to an 02 store to get one as they have them in stock and can activate them there and then

yeh i was amazed when i rang up and he say hang on i will log onto the website, then oh sorry it appears to be down !!!, then he hung up on me
