Ok, I have booked a RR day for you guys on 24th July 2010 at RSTuning Ltd in Leeds. http://www.rstuning.co.uk/
Starting time is 09:30 or shortly thereafter.

They have a 4WD Dyno Dynamics Rolling Road capable of handling up to 2400bhp and is widely regarded as one of the highest quality rolling roads produced today.

The full address is:
RS Tuning Ltd
Unit 8 Castleton Close
Armley
Leeds LS12 2DS
Telephone 0113 2436444

The price for 10+ cars is £35.00 all in. **** If less than 10 cars turn up then the price will be £40****Payment to be made on the day. This price covers both 2wd and 4wd vehicles.
You will get printouts of Flywheel hp and torque, wheel hp and afr/boost where applicable. They don’t tend to use the wideband on diesels as this greatly shortens the probe's life.

Paul at RSTuning has intimated that they could potentially look at offering a discount on mapping for those that book in while they are there that day.

The Rolling Road day is open to anyone but seeing that we are primarily a GTi forum, those with VAG motors would be given priority in the list. Those with other makes will be put on a reserve list and be offered a RR place if the main list isn't fully subscribed. Members are quite welcome to come even if not participating.

I have found that on the few RR days I've attended that most folk don't know who they are talking to or who is actually there so I'm wondering if people could attend with some sort of easily visible ID with their forum name. A sticky label would suffice. Comments on this welcomed.

Please only put your name down on the list (copy & paste the latest list into your reply) if you want to go on the RR

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem but do bear in mind that they don’t tend to use the wideband on diesels as this greatly shortens the probe's life.

Ahh I see, thanks for that Bacillus :happy2:

Well if there are any spare places left i'll take one, seeing as it's a GTI site i'll let the petrols show their interest first.

I'll keep an eye on this thread.
