Edit - If the LED unit is 4F0 941 067 A then the three pin connector housing is 3D0 973 703.

Let me know if you need the connector wires as well

i'll check the led number tomorrow, i'm hoping that i can dismantle the fog connectors and reuse them in the led connector

yes, they are the S6 DRL LED, and have partnumber 4F0 941 067.A
got them from a private seller on ebay, took the best of 2 month to recieve them but got them finally. i find that they suit the R32 front and since my foglight wiring is doing nothing.....

do you think i can reuse the "plugs" from the foglight connectors or do i need repair wires for the S6 connector?

I will check what the fog light connector is when I get back in front of my PC later, but I would expect it to be different.

you are probably right, but the S6 plug can be had incl. a bit of wiring??

I can confirm the Fog light connector is a different 2 pin housing so that won't help.

If you order the connector 3D0 973 703 for the S6 LED's then you need the repair wires 000 979 019 E, each wire gives you 2 ends so you will need 3 wires

Fog light is 2 wires each, s6 led 3?? If s6 is to be used for drl, then only 2 wires per led is needed right, not 3?????

When I was investigated the true LED DRL option for my GTI I came across forum threads in America showing how quite a few guys had fitted S6 LED strip units to their Mk5 R32's. They will also fit the grills of the Mk5 GT but not the GTI without cutting into the crash bar - Not advisable.
