Just had a little play with one of these, dunno If it was the driver or the car but crap round corners and not all that on the straights...my love for them has started to disappear!

Anyone else had similar experience?

they dont really rate these S5's that highly for the handling side of thing, but id still say he should spank a GTI all around he place, unless your talking a pretty highly modded k04

I've had one not quite as lively as a KO4 2+ but so heavy with all the toys. Lovely noise tho.

Nice all round motor, but quick they're not IMO (0-100 ina round 13 secs and that's with 4WD). A Stage 1 Ko4 will pull past one with a decent driver. 1700kgs and 344bhp (worse power/weight than a E46 M3 by some margain).

Very true mate..  :happy2: I'm not sying there a bad car, as they're clearly not and as a GT car/all rounder they're a bloody nice motor. But if you after a quick, inspiring, seat of your pants coupe, i'd look elsewhere..

Mate, each day feels like a week, but yeah not long. At least it'll be something good to look forward to on the thursday after watching England go out the World Cup on the Wednesday night.. :sad1:
