Very true - not that worried tbh - just you know what it can be like you take pride in something, e.g. car then some fooker keys it just' because' and within seconds your 200notes down for the repair.

Cheers TC, the front one does get a bit lost in the grill but close up still looks great  :happy2:

....

Black CF against Steel Grey looks particularly good. The sometimes (according to lighting) 'lost' look on the front grill is common to all GTI Mk's past and present which have the traditional black VW badges.

Sounds like someone is either jealous or thinks negatively. You could say the same about your Edition30 badge - Which I think looks the dog's danglies and is by far the best way of additionally badging an Ed30. VW missed a trick there!

Fitted mine today with a few other new bits in the 'Rides' section

How did you get on with the rear Steve? I had a nightmare, it just didn't want to go back on, it was as though it had shrunk  :rolleye:

They do look great robin, but way to much Money, and i couldnt justify it. If i had those on my car , they would be fastened with industrial strength adhesive, cus i wouldnt want them Nicked off the car.

Slight difference though Robin, my Ed30 badge is only £8.98, and easy to replace whereas those carbon beautys are well over £100 and a month or so to replace.Nothing negative about them Robin, just fix them with strong strenght Glue!.

Surprised you didn't go for them Phil, they look like they'd beright up your alley!

I'm not a fan of CF but am definitely considering getting a black front badge.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Too much money tbh, if you do one , you have to do the other, and for me was too much £.

....Good point - If you do one you'll feel the irresistible urge to do the other!
