VW are doing mine next month for £289, but that includes an MOT and brake fluid change. Not sure how it breaks down.

Mine's going in tomorrow. For a Longlife service they quoted £250.

My third, 30k mile service was £118 at a franchised VW dealer, included LL oil and the £118 included a 20% discount, last July.

I went to an independent garage for the brake fluid change @ £30 + VAT (using OEM fluid) and an MoT can't legally be more than £54 (?).

Upwards of £250 sounds too much to me... or am I just a tight Scotsman?  :chicken:

Try ringing Audi, SEAT or even Skoda dealers... it's all the same parts after all.
