Hi Guys

my cars coming up for its service and i just wanted to know what engine oils do you guys use on your tuned cars? Mines currently on stage 2+

My oil is changed every couple of months/2000 miles. I use Millers now.

Al what grade are you using? I been speaking with oppie oils i link and they have suggested 5/40 high performance oil  like http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-60219-millers-oils-cfs-5w-40-competition-full-synthetic-engine-oil.aspx

Would remapping mean a different oil should be used, other than longlife?
