Joe... Would you mind just checking the statement thing you got from the transfer and telling me what the account number was to which the money was transferred please...

i did it over the phone, i will call again now.

the account number was defo correct as i confirmed it with them a few times (after the first!) and had confirmation back that its in  :confused: a michael

i dont have a reference number, my bank are sending another telex to your bank, apparently its sat in one of their susspense accounts?  :confused: and they just need to apply it to your account!! the woman at my bank said they should have done this on the 19th!!  :confused:

They need a reference. They cannot track the money to see where it is without a reference.

Please ask your bank for the reference number. or job card or whatever...
