i dont have a reference number, my bank are sending another telex to your bank, apparently its sat in one of their susspense accounts? :confused: and they just need to apply it to your account!! the woman at my bank said they should have done this on the 19th!! :confused:

They need a reference. They cannot track the money to see where it is without a reference.
Please ask your bank for the reference number. or job card or whatever...

im waiting for them to call me back once they have heard from your bank, when they call me il let you know what they say, i will also get a reference.
