Sorry for what may be a bit of a newb question but will 9j wheels fit the rear with a et of 45?

Yes, but watch the tyre size. 235 would be okay and maybe 245. What diameter are they?

I run 9.5J with an offset of 46 with a little rubbing on the outside of the arches when running the suspension low. As long as your ride height is sensible you shouldn't have any problems
