Yes, but watch the tyre size.  235 would be okay and maybe 245.  What diameter are they?

They'll be 18s, i'll be trying a few tyre sizes to see which sits the best.

I run 9.5J with an offset of 46 with a little rubbing on the outside of the arches when running the suspension low. As long as your ride height is sensible you shouldn't have any problems
