Keith,

I may have the ITG heat shield removed to see if there is a slight change it is not getting enough airflow at high revs.  I dont think this is the case but will see if it  has any impact

I had the itg heatshield on my car and took it off. I found it felt crisper with it removed.

Thought I might as well add my dyno sheet after the remap.

2008 Audi TT 2.0tfsi K03
Current engine work- Stage 2 Revo, 3" TBE blueflame Zort, ITG big mother intake, Neuspeed power pulley, Neuspeed intercooler pipe, Colder grade spark plugs, rev D DV.

It has had a lot of other non dyno related work done to the car too.

I must admit I think this dyno sheet is a little optimistic on the torque figure but the BHP seems about cock on really. I have changed the timing a lot since then and it has gained a lot more power through the rev range. Came away with the timing set to 2 and now is set to 5 and runs really well.

Only problem is the clutch started to slip just after 2K miles! It does seem to have a lot of torque in general so I don't think that dyno sheet is lying completely. Would be interested to hear some thoughts on this.

Next few mods- Upgraded clutch, Quaife diff, Intercooler, Upgraded HPFP, stage 2+.

Here is a couple pics of the intake as it really does look fantastic, a nice 5" bore intake!

And couple pics of the car-
