interesting u both seem to have a flat spot in the middle of the rev range!!

I was told that the torque curve should level out a bit as the ECU adapts to the new settings - that dyno was fresh after the remap was flashed. I guess I'll see at the next RR day

Just got K04'd   :happy2:

Car:  Skoda Octavia vRS 2.0 TFSI

tuner/stage/settings Revo stage 3   Settings:b-7 t-6 f-7

Modifications  K04 turbo conversion, ITG intake, Pipewerx DP, Piper cat-back, Twintercooler, S3 injectors, autotech HPFP

Type of Dyno/operator  Dyno dynamics/Jkm perfomance

miscellaneous details  



That's something i have noticed with Ko3 engines converted to Ko4 turbo's. They seem to hold the power higher up the rev range compared to Ko4 stage 2+ cars on JKM's rollers. My top end is unreal on the road, still makes 320bhp at 7400rpm!.  Here's mine:

it certainly does.....................
I did dome logs with vcds, boost and fuelling. The boost is only maxing at 2400mbar, which is the same as it was on stage 1...... fuel rail pressure was 129, so at least that was ok.
Checked their website today, and it says their stage 3 is only 315bhp....

Am I right in thinking that SC email you the file and you download it to the hand held device, then you load the map to the car? Surely it would be easy enough for them to adjust the file and email it to you......

I went to school just round the corner from PDT..

IMO SC BF is pretty rammel at anything over Stage 1, especially when comparing with the likes of Revo and GIAC. I would seriously consider swapping software bud if you want the gains you should get when paying out for the HPFP and TBE..

This is mine on the same rollers (Dave's) with Revos Stage 2+ in the summer with standard IC..




You'll have to excuse the weird scaling of the graph that makes it look like a hill.. Still waiting for Dave to send me another that's rescaled..

We mapped a k03 after yours was dyno'd today HeavyD. I looked through our dyno and the highest SC map thats the equivalent spec to yours made 314bhp so nothing wrong with your car, just the low powered map, cant believe they ramp up fuel pressure with no change to the boost, whats the point in that?

 The other goluf Made 198 standard and 262 with the HPFP and our stage1 'pump map' with a nuspeed intake.

You need Revo stage2+   :P

Scaling graphs is tricky, everyone wants them scaled differently, personal preferance i suppose.

Yep, toying with the idea, think its £580 all in.
at least I got the bluefin for £270, so at least I've only thrown away £370 :sick: :sick:


if you email them, they will adjust and send you another map.they sent me 12  :grin: only they never quite got it right so i went revo, but they were VERY quick at sending another map to me.

If you bought your bluefin in the last 12month they will reset it free and you can sell it on (usually sell around the £300 mark)
