Brake upgrades Ed 30
« on: January 27, 2009, 08:30:54 pm »
Hey all mentioned a few weeks ago that I was getting these for the 30 :jumpmove: I'm after some info about parts I need to get them to fit the car. I've been told from my mate that I need adapter plates?! And I'm also after r32 disc's or s3 discs to go with them Other than Ebay where else would be best to get these bits e.g Euro carparts??

There off a Porsche 997 and are in good condition with new pads and will be rubbed down and painted  red with new decals added too 8)

Thanks Toast

Its bizzare but i compared the Seat brakes to the R32 ones bearing in mind they are the same items but they differ in price for the same item i.e. the caliper from vw is dearer from seat. I posted up a cost comparison on ukmkivs once.

Think I may be contacting matt in the next couple of weeks   Are the pads on the ed30  different from the 32 1's and is there any other parts interchangeable e.g would I get away with just buying the disc's and calipers?

There are a couple of things missing from that setup
