The new Edition 35?????
« on: July 26, 2010, 10:25:04 am »
This was shown at worthersee, if it is the new ED35 I'll have mine with DSG and xenons please, reason I say is that I'm really missing the petrol DSG and was thinking about putting a couple of hundred quid down at the dealer to be first in the queue. ANybody done this before did it work?

Unfortunately that aint going to be the ED35 mate. That is the GTI Excessive IIRC and was at a German Motor Exibition earlier this year.
But you're right, it is

Me thinks the ED35 will be a Mk7 model.

^^^ I am pretty sure it's going to be a Mk6 car as parts are listed in ETKA for a GTI Edition already (have been for a few months) and true to form include stuff like the Golf R LED taillights  :happy2:

Yeah, it's only another 18 months at most - I think it'll be the swan song of the MKVI.
Sideways yo!

Nah, although I'd not rule it out - depends how 'safe' they play it?
