How do you remove this from the dashboard

Thanks for finding that aidman,
Now i'm crapping myself  as anything i touch i destroy,  But i'll give it a go 

As long as you have the right tools, you can't go wrong :D

Mmmmm still think a second hand complete glovebox if in good condition will be a far easier way to do the job??

7 screws and 4 plugs and the a/c hose swap over and jobs a good un. My glove box has been out more times than i care to remember.
