Milltek themselves couldnt believe how badly it had been fitted, the fitter at milltek put the car on the ramp, and could actually spin the exhaust, wasnt even tight. The fitter at revolution had cracked the welds on the backbox when he had been trying to hammer it on. It was milltek who replaced the system. I would go to revoltion ever again!
considering gun gum isnt supposed to be used on stainless steel exhaust, they seemed to use plenty!

Yep i can tell! thats a Milltek alright, i can spot them a mile off.

Only kiddin. I think Robin has it pretty much spot on

I know that blueflame is loud, but a non res milly sounds just as good if driving through a tunnel .

I want an exhaust thats sounds nice without being overly loud, that wouldn't be very lady-like would it, lol!

....Because Millteks sound like a ladies  fart?   [so they insist on telling me]

Your stated want does strongly suggest a Milltek. If you had posted you liked louder zorsts I would have suggested either Blueflame or APR (slightly harsher). Millteks are defined by a more sophisticated (you better put on your black dress and jewellery) sound. Check out our saintly fwend Steve's Milly. Sound is all very subjective and we each hear things slightly differently - It's just our brain focussing on details.

EDIT:
I'm not suggesting that the Blueflame is too loud but that, as Mat says, it generally gurgles and pops more than a Milly. Ladies don't belch either [though I've known a beauty who did]

Can't believe you lot are comparing the sound of exhausts to farts (hate that word!)  :stupid:

 :signLOL:

Might do what Robin said and check out Steve's pipes...

Just to make sure we're discussing the same Revolution company.. The one in Gateshead?

This one?:    http://revolution.alloysuk.com/

I wouldn't want to dis the wrong company when asked.

Is yours non-res?  Are there tunnels near JKM?  Will you take me for a spin on the 16th?

Theres no tunnels shaun  :sad1:, but i can rig up a the Boot Harness, so you can put your ear socket right up against the pipes with the tailgate open  :signLOL:  :signLOL:

You just need to sit in the front seat and crank the windows down to hear shaun with no problem  :happy2:

Hope to see you there nice and early this time
