Also is it fair to say nobles dyno reads high becasue you've lost the best part of 50Hp without nitrous compared to the previous 380hp. 

i bet traction is nuts,  imagine this on an S3 with the ability to put that power down

So I'd probably be around 480-500bhp on Nobles dyno

id always quote the lower figure anyway,  that way it p!sses people off more when you  annihalate them lol.

when i was running the shark stage 3 i only used to tell people it was about 260.  which especially annoyed the guy in work with a focus RS or couldnt properly lose me on the straights

It is the revs which will destroy the engine. I cut out the nitrous at 6300rpm to ensure that if they did rev it too much there would be no damage

now get some fancy springs/lifters/rods/pistons into that motor and crack the big 500.

Awesome results John (as I said earlier). Bit suprised by the 339bhp without NOS though.  (makes my 336 I got the other week there look better though    )..
