Hi Jaywoo,

I did this just last night! It was real easy. All I used was a 2" chisel edge scraper.  First you need to open the boot and then hold the handle open a little. Then insert the scraper where the silver of the badge meets the black of the handle, and carefully start twist the scraper to gently prise the two pieces apart. (see first photo)
Make sure that you don't insert the scraper under the thin black part of the handle ( this is the backing of the badge, and all you want off is the silver badge).
When you get chance to stick the scraper under the actual "V" and "W" part, (second photo),(and it must BE under the lettering, otherwise you will mark the backing in an area that will be seen!) do the same gentle prising action and the silver badge will pop off, no damage!

Just take your time   took me 5mins and I took it real slow!

Hope I have made it clear enough to understand!

No,no,no.... if you take the sticky backing off you have prised too deep. You should only need to remove the silver badge without the backing  :happy2:
