Problems with typing posts ?

Is it just me or what ?

When I type a post, and it's fairly long (i.e. extends beyond the bottom of the standard edit box, suddenly, the text will no longer display. I can type a new line (and it does indeed add it to the reply), but I can't see it, as it extends beyond the bottom of the text box, and for some reason the unit keeps flcking back to the top of the screen. I have to keep on using the scroll slider on the side to see what I have typed, but as soon as I type one more character, if scrolls up to the top again ?

I've tried it on my works PC, home PC and my notebook and they all act the same.

Is it just me, or does anyone esle have the same issues ?

I've had this issue every since I've joined this forum. Its very frustrating. I believe the issue was raised once in the past but didn't come to a resolution in the end.
With a long reply i sometimes have to resort to writing a response in Word and then copying it across!
Saying that, ive not seen it happen when using safari in my iPad......

Good idea Ifti about composing the reply outside of the forum and copy and pasting in. Will give that a try next time.

I've only ever had that issue on my iPhone 3GS, ever since I upgraded it to iOS4.
