blocked washer jets

both jets on the bonnet blocked, rear washer fine! tried the old pin technique, no joy! have I gotta take them off??

Do you use the VW or AG wash? Cheap products can easily cause this, also if you let the levels go right to the bottom then all the gunk that lives in the bottom of the reservoir gets pumped up and into the pipes

lift the bonnet, disconnect the tube, grab a bike pump and blow them through  :happy2:

was at the stealership last weekend and some muppet had been using fairy liquid in his beetle screen wash  :signLOL: i kid you not

I use vw wash, did let it run empty tho, midline dont tell me its empty, thanks vc ,get the pump out now!

so many people do! they even wash their cars with the stuff! all those hard chemicals and salts degreasing the protective wax off your paint for that squeaky clean look....leaving it nice and exposed and easier to get dirty

the best bit about the guy at the vw dealership was he was kicking off as if it was vws fault his car cant use something designed to de grease fryin pans lol
