Posting Images?

Ok so I might be missing something here, but when I try and insert an image (to show you guys my ride after some detailing work and a wheel refurb) it just puts some wierd XML in place and doesn't give me the option to actually add an image...

When I click insert image it just puts

What am I doing wrong?

I wish you could up-load straight from you'r computer rarther than going through photobucket or something  :sad1:.
