REVO anti theft??

The switch they sell has an anti theft mode, takes a couple of seconds to apply and once applied it disables The throttle pedal and car idles at about 500 rpm

Mine doesn't idle at around 500rpm. when the anti-theft is on... it cuts out after 5 seconds.

Last time i tried mine (which was a few weeks ago now as my switch is with Revo at the mo) it just about manages to idle, barely, but then i've never left it running long - just checked the first few times of using that its done the job so i guess it may well die if left long enough.

I find you have to sit perfectly still. if you even so much as blink it cuts out.

So am I right in thinking this anti theft feature isn't connected to the map and each time you use it the map will be taken off and put back on?

No all the anti theft does is disable the throttle.

The map is still on the car.

Where does it plug in?

In the ECU port - get on your knees by the drivers door and it's under the dash

Once you've located it, you can reach it from the driver's seat. You don't need to get back on your knees again - unless you like that kind of thing!
