I have now been refunded.
You make your own decisions regarding TMT, mine wasn't good others have been. My aim is not to slur TMT's name but to provide an account of my experience
matter is now resolved.

You don't seem to have experienced great service, but the result could have been worse. to balance things, I have ordered parts from them which have arrived promptly.
