Been reading this thread with interest and although I didn't like the look of the spoiler personally I'm absolutely gutted for you. My Missus wouldn't have needed to say a word as I think I'd have been suicidal!!! Mind you these days I don't have £1k to throw at a car full stop so I guess each case is different.
Hopefully you can get something back from the people that sold the item to you but I guess nobody will be holding their breath. Y

On the lighter side of things, good to hear that you have other plans up your sleeve. Wonder if your mate could make replicas of the VW Motorsport front spoiler for a sensible price as I reckon you could shift a good few of those.......

he's a very talented chap, but to copy something potentially could get you into copyright trouble i would guess?

yeah fingers x'd it will turn out ok, should do  :innocent:

the valance came from the TT shop, and i haggled a good deal, they're very flexible and a good bunch of guys

He he now you know why i said i hate them smug gets with the R32'z  Mocho and VC  :P its just to much for that piece although mat posted up a german sight that are a lot cheaper.  :smiley:
