Newbie in Scotland
« on: August 10, 2010, 07:43:42 pm »
Evening all just bought myself my first golf GTi, been a renaultsport man for last couples of years with a 172,197 and an r26 but getting shot of the r26 for the golf.

Always liked the mk5 GTi so finally got one and will be picking it up tomorrow night. Its a 3dr Tornado Red full colour coded, 18" cracking motor and cant wait to get my hands on it.

Will post up a few pics when i can.

Hi and welcome.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Nah will be doing some lil bits n bobs but will be kept mostly standard, that's why I'm coming out of the R26 not the car for me and the GTi suits me better..

I'm up near Aberdeen, just got the car last and love it already. Hope it's a nice day tomorrow and will get a mini detail done and get some photos taken.
