you guys may be able to help me with a steering wheel question

I have one of the mk 6/scirroco wheels no MF no DSG.

Does anyone know if i would be able to add dsg paddles to this sterring wheel (i dont want them to work a  dsg gear box) i just want to know if you can buy the paddles and how they fit to the actual wheel really, as i have never seen one so need a little help if poss. Pics answer anything to give me the heads up. :smiley:

If the steering wheel is just a standard non mf paddle one then no it can not be retro fit,  on the wheel with paddles there is a big square hole either side at the back of the wheel so the paddle can fit in,  I took them out of my last mk5 gti wheel and it just left 2 big holes.  So I would presume without totally butchering the wheel you cannot fit them.

cheers guys thats helped me out alot, it's not for me just bouncing ideas around in my head :rolleye: :rolleye: :rolleye: and wanted to see how far i could take it we have just put air ride on an a3 with dsg paddle contrlolle air ride but that paddles were already on the wheel. im now hungry for more ha ha.
