Certainly a last resort, yes, but knowing the prices they charge for everything else I don't suppose they're the best value either!

Small snag when speaking to the dealer, they need me to work out the part numbers, lazy sods.

Does anyone have ETKA and can tell me the part numbers for the silver trimmed drivers side switches (for a 5 door), passenger side switch, headlight switch and mirror control please?

If not I guess I'll just have to find a hooky version of ETKA off the net.....

Perphaps Scirocco or Mk 6 ones will fit?

you can actually dismantle them and put the new rocker part (with silver trim) on your old ones

Not sure if you can do a 3-door as the switches I bought came from a Passat CC.

It may be possible now as the Mk6 has the same switches.

Yes that's exactly what I'm after.  Doesn't matter if it's a Passat or MK6 Golf part number, as long as they're chromed!

I want to go ahead and get these although getting the p/n's and prices is a real pain. MY local dealer is not interested in helping just says there are too many variations of switches to search through.

This is the problem, unless we know the Dealers proces we have no idea if its worth buying elsewhere.  In my experience eBay prices are no cheaper especially when you include postage.
