Are you talking about the Engine ECU or the Gearbox ECU for the REVO DSG software?

Either way i don't think they reset the ECU

Well i know they haven't touched the dsg's ecu, because there is a easy way to test it by a matter of high the revs go with the dsg remap lol.

Its just that it dosent seam to pull as well as it did before, i might pop down to my local revo dealer just for a peace of mind.

When they fiddled with mine they reset the ECU. It felt like i was towing a caravan on the way home.

And 99% of revo dealers will reflash for nothing.  :happy2:

Just been quoted £149.95 inc VAT for the DSG service +£20 for the software reset (from local VW dealer)...sounds about on the money...

Chap said mechatronics unit is covered depending on what level of warranty I have, I bought mine Used Approved from Wantage VW with a 1 year warranty...so am assuming it's the full warranty and hence covered?
