New BSH Group Buy Ideas Please
« on: August 13, 2010, 10:14:05 pm »
Hi All.

Justin @ BSH has asked us to roll out another BSH GB in the UK.........

First suggestion from me is the new integrated throttle pipe - http://www.bshspeedshop.com/store/fsitbpipe.html

A saving of over £20 on the kit before import duties are considered:

£95 delivered

 :happy2:

Not sure buying a Quaife LSD from the BSH guys in the USA would be a good one, but I have a contact within Quaife (Mr Quaife himself ) so if there was enough interest I'd happily sort that one out seperately to the next BSH GB too.

So far then the throttle pipe seems the one, can we start a list with numbers, and fitments, ie Leon, Mk5, Mk6 etc, see if we can get to between 5-10 and I'll in the meantime start talking costs with BSH this week....?

Allows the air which has gone from the Turbo, thru the Turbo Outlet pipe, thru the Intercooler to flow through THAT pipe as unrestricted as possible into the throttle body  :happy2:

Is there a BSH Turbo Outlet Pipe too?  The Neuspeed one is quite expensive...

Might sound daft, but would a metal pipe positioned here not get more heat soak than the OEM plastic pipe and influence IAT? Its sitting between the engine and the rads, so i'd have thought a metal pipe would be a bad thing?

Im still looking at how to get my BSH CatchCan to fit as well as the heatshield for the cone from their Intake kit! Shame they havent designed this stuff to work on Non-US cars better.

It's also at the front of the engine so all the air coming through will help cool it. :happy2:
