R32 Brakes - Straight fit?
« on: August 27, 2010, 01:46:30 pm »
Hi Gents, Ladies,

Can anyone advise me as to whether or not an MKV R32 brake setup is a possible/worthwhile/easy upgrade for an MKV Golf GTi?

Cheers
Matt

i did it, bolted straight on im very impressed but some people say spend more on a lighter kit. They do weigh alot! i got a good deal so went with them.

you need mk5 r32 brake hoses as they differ from gti ones!

day to day they feel like they did before, when im driving a little more spirited they stop you alot faster, loads more braking power, where i feel i would have been using abs on standard brakes these are still stopping me
