Well I've finally got round to having the DSG serviced, and you can really tell the difference. Much smoother. Unfortunately VW found some other issues so it's with them till tomorrow. Apparently it needs new boots on the end of the shafts from the gearbox (?) & a new emissions valve or something like that as well as the coil pack recall. Should be the fix to my engine management light though
Anyway, just thought I'd pass on my thoughts. Anyone considering the DSG service should definitely do it!
