BBC news didn't out the Stig but by coincidence ITV showed Ben Collins leaving court  :grin:

so the worst kept secret is out the bag, i sense Stig 3 coming soon, sorry if i have shattered anyone's dreams, i'm sure you'll get over it

I dont really care one way or the other except to say.....

Why expose who he is? No one exposed who the guy in the Mr Blobby outfit was, or Uncle Bulgaria, Orinoco, Tomsk or Baby Clanger etc...  :P

Good point- not many people know I was a teletubby - getting into that skin tight suit was always a faff so I sacked it off, dont see me writing my memoirs.....

Shame though - I did enjoy not knowing who it was...maybe we should start a sweep for the next colour racing suit I've got first dibs on red!

It's a well known fact it is Michael Schumacher. He even revealed it on Top Gear  :laugh:

My "inside man" tells me the new Stig will be in Blue. I also know who it is  :wink:

was reading about him in the Sun today(o very accurate news  :grin:)

seems like he's led a pretty interesting life though, doing stunt driving, training the SAS on driving properly, lots of different racing series from le mans to v8 super cars and F3 as well as loads of the stig stuff.

lets be fair, i wonder why heo outed himself.  Hmmm relatively unknown person releases a an autobiography, and no ones interested, he's now at 2 page spreads in all the papers, as well as prime time TV appearances and can now quote on his book, i was the stig. 

fair play to him, he'll make a lot moremoney out of that book now
