On my old S3 it was known as the Black Optics Pack (Windows, grille surround and the interior inserts).  The BE is a model wide special edition which is £500 over the price of an S-Line or S3.  The down side of that is it will mean a lot of cars will have these wheels, it won't be exclusive to S models.  Which may be a mistake IMHO.
