FAO: Toast, Pics of My Cupra and BBS CH Reps
« on: September 03, 2010, 05:40:25 pm »
Hi guys just a few pics of my staggered BBS CHs on my Yellow Leon Cupra. Toast PM'd me asking for pics of the stretched tyres at the rear. Tyres are 225/40/18 all round. Wheels are 18x9 on rear and 18x8 on front. Wheels have been fitted since March 2010 and covered about 10k so far. Paint is perfect so far and good resistance to stone chipping.

reckon u could get away with a 235 on the 9" lookin at the clearance at the rear if the stretch proves to much

Oh my giddy aunt!

Do you feel safe throwing it round a corner with the strech? Is it dangerous?

Hey, thanks for the comments guys. My aunt works owns the brokers who I am insured with and they are declared so I am covered  I was a bit wary of hard cornering but after lots of spirited drives over the past 10k miles everything has been fine. No problems with the stretch at all. I may look at getting 235/40/18 tyres on the rear when they are worn.
