Selling the mk2, bought a replacement
« on: September 03, 2010, 12:17:27 am »
Bought just over 15months ago as a runabout, done me pretty well - just had her cleaning up - thought I would post up a nice to show her off, we owe it all the the previous generation GTI's afterall!!

decided to hold off on the new GTI until we hear the news on the next 'edition' model so after the wife's love of her previous MINI, which she still hates me for selling I got this...

Cooper S Works with Works kit and wheels, fully loaded bar satnav.

I've been in two minds, when I got it back cleaned up I thought I would keep it - but really I dont need too, I have room on the drive but probably not as much as you!

Went out in it yesterday, for a 20year old car they certainly did something right - dont see many competitors about - Nova's, Pugs anymore.

The Works Mini's look soooo much better than the over striped union flagged versions, imo.  :happy2:

:surprised: He's passed his driving test then?

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.
