bit of an update

i got these off the awesome gti golf gti as the car was being stripped down to be sold off as a stock car kw v3s

and i have a new vw front arb and bushes and front droplinks fitted as i had a knocking noise at the front of the car

blooming droplinks.
i fit the rear v3 and had vw fit the fronts while they had the subframe off for the arb doing and after that they did a 4 wheel alighnment and made sure all was ok. I had the car booked in at vwr today with Mark to set the v3s up as they had never been setup by awesome when they were on there car

.
I was told by Mark to make sure the car had a full tank of juice in it, so i turned up today and Mark stuck the car on the scales

Mark then set about setting the ride height and the amount of load that would be put on each corner of the car and then said go for a blast

, so after a quick drive i went back to vwr with a

on my face and gave Mark the keys and said go see what you think of it as you know what to look for.
Mark came back after 5 min or so with the same

on his face saying thats one of the nicest setups he has driven and is what there mk5 will end up like for the road setup

and also said that my exhaust is F in

and just loved the noise it makes as it growls and barks down the road and said if ever a car needs a diff its that one

but was very impressed just how smooth the power was but how quick it was

.On my drive home i noticed just how smooth and tight it felt in the corners and round abouts are fantastic

.
i would like to say a big thanks to Mark for being such a pro at setting my car for me and as always making me very welcome there

oh and the xbow is stunning

will post up more when i have given it a few more miles
