I sometimes wonder whether this forum should be renamed to Mk5GolfGTI-and-AppleUpdates.co.uk :stupid:

Am I the only one whose Macs inform me of updates automatically?

I dont have mine set to update me automatically, so I for one find these update threads by VRS CARL very helpful!

Depends on when you last updated, what software you have installed, what the update schedule is for that software. Some people run manual updates (me being one of them) rather than automatic updates.

So when an update is released i let people know that it is available. Hence the reason they get posted in Random Chat

You don't have to read read the threads no one is forcing you too!  :drinking:
