Itg gets my vote!

I think I read somewhere that running it on a standard car wasn't a good idea? Too much might not be a good thing? Although I could be talking rubbish!

No point putting an intake on without a remap.

My vote goes for ITG  :happy2:

.
As SteveP says: No point without a remap.

Check out the Reviews section and include the Forge Twintake as well as the ITG in your considerations.

i had the ITG previously, however given the choice next time, id choose the twintake, as from a guy on the seat forum who had both, he said the twintake was much better lower down the rpm band, whereas the ITG was better at th top.  id prefer the midrange gain personally.

Dont disregard evoms either.  alot of the higher powered TFSi's are running them.

i'd echo steves comment as well.  standard car and intake =about 10Hp gain for £300-350.  stage 1 remap will see 40-60hp gains (engine dependant) for £500.  also an intake at stage 1 will give more like 20hp gains

....If your coming to the next Jeckyll&Hyde meet on September 23rd I'll take you out for a ride so you can hear the Twintake for yourself. Though bear in mind that all intakes sound slightly different on different cars each with different mods.
