Have you tried to phone them?

I hate waiting for people to reply to emails, I find it a lot easier just to pick up the phone and speak to them direct. No messing around then.  :laugh:

Take Mandy's advice, Ian - 01452 380999 - Don't hold your breath while waiting for Forge. They've always got a lot on their plate. Don't get me wrong, I like the guys at Forge but there's the 'English Factor' to consider.
