I suddenly thought about date etc and that i hadn't suggested anything... i will try for a saturday but this might not be possible and it may end up needing to be a weekday evening.

Saturday would be preferable or even a Sunday like the Pistonheads Sunday Service.

The reason we opened the factory for piston heads on the sunday was because of the numbers we were expecting!

I've contacted the guy who was organising the piston heads sunday service and shall see what he comes back with.
