Listers VW in Worchester

Hey folks

Has anyone had any experience of the above dealer?

A lady freind of mine is off there on Sunday to buy a new car and im being dragged along. So if anyone knows a good salesman can you let me know :happy2:  

Or any other VW dealers in the worchester area

I've used Worcester, Stratford and Evesham branches in the past.  Cars bought from Stratford and Evesham but not Worcester due to a salesman that wasn't interested in finding me what I wanted or replying to my e-mails (don't think he's there any more).

I have used Worcester for parts and servicing over the years though.  The parts department is ok (pretty good actually) but I've stopped using them for servicing now because I just wasn't happy with them.

Out of the three branches I'd say Evesham is the better one.

I use Stratford branch all the time as it's 2 mins from my house, they are a great bunch in there I have a good laugh with them, highly recommend the Stratford site!

I bought my Ed30 from Worcester; Simon in sales is v.good and would always go back to him.
Servicing desk is a tad hit n miss - if you know your stuff you'll be fine - watch for the younger staff who are presumably still learning. On one occasion I phoned to see if my service was complete (3pm) they said yes so I set off from work to pick it up, got there and it had only just been put in the garage - what on earth?!

Managed to work from the customer centre while I waited (free coke/coffee too)...thankfully the service was ok as I needed the car to get my flight that night.

It also seems to me that they have a tendency to upsell on everything.
