hi lads was wondering if you could wipe all saved data of maps of the hdd and start from scratch as my rns wont let me load up any map disc at all ...... so i have no nav at all at the min
any help muchly appreciated

I think if you upgrade the firmware with one that wipes the HDD, you get to reload the maps. But can't recall which version you would need. Also I'd imagine the abity to downgrade firmware would need to be enabled (go into the secret menu).
