So basically took the tint off, changed the wheels and resprayed the bonnet back to white

No offense, but why not buy an unmodded ED30 instead?

IMO loved the bonnet and tints. Wheels not so sure about.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

Maybe this was within his price range taking in to account the work to get it the way he wanted.

Let's just say the spec was what I wanted, it had 11,500 miles on the clock, and the price was cheap as no dealer was interested in forecourting the car.

Almost Carl, the car was cheaper than I thought it was going to be and the paint work and wheels cost all in £750, So all in all I got a great bargain.

Didn't mind it with the tints and bonnet strip,but it deffo looks better with the bonnet the same colour.
And you really need to change the user name to Zebedee with a reg like that.... :laugh:
