Mine's no. 09xx or something, I think. I deleted the plaques.  Not bothered by all the rarity/prospecting/future value BS, all I care about is K04 engine in a GTI + BBS Pescera  :happy2:

I am with pudding on this. Its nice to think its a rare car but I love the look, always wanted BBS wheels on a golf and after its stage 1, its quick enough for me. I have #1000 so a little special for me anyway. I have invested heavily to bring it up to spec and it drives better than a lot of newer cars. Its a keeper even at 140k.
Stage 1 2007 Black Eddy  #1000 - VCDS Hex+Can (Novice coder). H&R springs, newish Bilstein B4's. Gen 3 Steering rack, Helix organic.  The car is *always* work in progress fixing and upgrading things.
