Compatible Phones with OEM Bluetooth
« on: September 24, 2010, 04:43:15 pm »
As per title.

I know there was a list a few years ago however most of the those phones are out of date now. So what are my options? Not looking for anything too fancy or expensive.

Must be able to load phone books, call lists etc.

Is this with the skoda bluetooth or the nokia RSAP. I can tell you that the skoda uhv is compatible with android 2.1 and 2.2 phones as well as iphones as long as they have 4.1 software update otherwise if you are running 4.0.1 or 4.0.2 the  phone book sync displays corrupt contacts on DIS and Nav display on the RNS510

All I can tell you is that it is the skoda UHV. The rest of what you said you might have well said in chineese.
How can tell if a phone is android 2.1 or 2.2?

It would be easier to say which phone your interested in then people will be able to confirm if it works  :happy2:

I'm not really into phones so don't know what I want, I jsut replaced my old Nokia 6300 with a reconidtioned 6300 and the old one was knackered and the new recon one seems to randomly disconnect and reconnect every few minutes of its own accord.

Perphaps I can downgrade the FWof it, to what I had on my older 6300? (or am I talking non-sense)

Failing that I just want a phone that is basic, (no internet, emails and whatever else phones do these days) and cheap and it gets dropped a lot...Any suggestions???
