Midline - Highline ect?

What are the dash specs for these? Is there also a Lowline ?? I know the Highline has the maxidot , but are there 2 other dash specs or is it just Highline or Midline? Cheers.

GTI's only came with midline (standard) or highline as an option.  Lesser golfs had lowline ...
