That's excellent Rich, the position is spot on as you get to see you driving plus the car and the road.  Is that your 5D.  :happy2:

Ta guys... its a bit lower than ideal, but i just need to raise the headrest! Its my Canon G12, so 720P... 5D is way to heavy for in car, as i found out at castle combe (2kg and g force doesn't mix)

Beddie, this is just as cobbled together as yours.  :signLOL:

2 manfrotto clamps linked together. One clamping the headrest pole and  a little camera mount clamped into the other clamp.

Great work  :congrats:

Thats the kind of view / angle I'd want to record my ace commute but the Cupra doesnt have headrests to mount anything on.

Excellent quality (sound and camera steadiness) on that vid, Rich.

I note that you use the correct steering wheel position of quarter-to-three throughout. Is your arm just a tiny bit stretched though? - Should be such that your wrist can rest on the very top of the wheel when you are right back in your seat. Consequently your arms always have a bend at the elbows (equivalent to legs/knees in cycling). I could bore you with the reasons..........
