Every little helps mate... ive no doubt that oil is doing it bit to help keep the engine in tip top condition. 

Nearly on 62k.... wont be long before it gets another ~5L

Never said yours uses them, cus I know it doesnt, as the same reason there's nothing wrong using jubilee clips if they are not matching in colour???  

Can you explain what is wrong with a jubilee clip rich?

I can't think of one, unless you can think of a reusable clip that's not useless after one installation?

Nothing... it just seems to me that the twintake is very faffy and over complicated.... lots of interconnecting parts. (im not knocking its performance, as i dont have any evidence for or against)

I'm sure forge have there reasons for their design, some over payed muppet in a lab realising using 2 cannisters is better in terms of air mass than one..

More like...."the company we buy our filters from dont have anything bigger so we'll just stick 2 on instead"

Plus they already have the "twintercooler" so the "twintake" is clever marketing, and in fairness it has worked.
