Do you have springs already? If so with your less than optimal aged shocks that wont help.

You could go Koni FSD just get the correct ones for the lowered car and that would be spot on.

Trying to avoid using 2nd hand stuff if possible... especially stuff that wears out.

Considering either B8s mk6 version (resulting in ending up with essentially a B12 kit)... or PSS10 Bilsteins.

Need firm assurance that the dampers (with my springs) would be a good solution. Otherwise its a waste of money

The pss10 are great in my opinion.  I don't mind a firmer ride but on the softer setting they are more than civilised.  You may be daft not to try a car with them fitted and similar chassis to yours to make you mind up as ride quality is really subjective

Few little bits gonna be going on soon.

OEM BT kit. Been meaning to get one for ages just not been arsed to sort it until now.

Mk6 mirror dial (old one rattled). still not figured out the correct wiring to make it work 100% right but at least it doesnt rattle.

Cam chain been done next week

PSS10... will be going on end of July with a new steering rack and new sub-frams bolts... still not happy that the front subframe is tight.

New mechatronics unit back end of summer hopefully. Maybe timing belt too.

That will then stand the car in pretty much 100% working order, and read for another 90k miles

Very nice car Rich!  :congrats:
So much good information here.
If i may say, go for the Ohlins R&T, the ride is superb, much nicer than our old PSS10.  :happy2:
